The #da irc channel is an independent entity that is governed by a separate set of rules that is not consistent with those of DownloadAnime.org. This is not IRC and you will be held to a higher standard of conduct while on this site.

It is the goal of the Staff and Management that the site be friendly and welcoming to all members. Unfortunately, Due to recent events, the staff will be taking a stricter approach on follow up on actions occurring on the board of improper conduct and like activities. This will lead up to and including permanent banning from the site.

Please keep in mind that this is a privately owned site and the staff have been empowered to create and enforce rules as they see fit. Membership to this board is a privilege, not a right. Disruptive elements to the community may be removed any time at staff discretion.

The staff, using what tools that is available, will deal with matters using their best judgement. Disrespectful and rude behavior will not be tolerated toward members or staff at anytime. The staff has been rather lenient in the past; which will no longer be the case in dealing with these types of behavior.
