A simple questions I thought of while posting in the SB . . . . Do You Collect H-Doujins from Your Favorite Anime Series?

If you do, list some of your favorites . . . .

For myself, I have about a gb of Onegai Teacher doujins and a good many from To Heart 2 (especially Tama-nee) and Tsukihime. I tend to collect almost everything I can find from and about my favorite shows . . . .

I collect doujins anyway, but it usually helps to be familiar with the characters

The gap between h-anime and h-doujin is stressed even more than the difference between anime and manga for me rolleyes.gif So you can tell from that statement that I totally don't collect such.

(now, colored pages, vectors and hcgs are a different story XD)

I collect doujinshi if it looks interesting. Like if it has art that catches my eye, or if it has an interesting-looking story.

Are doujins for popular series very common? I don't think I have seen many.

It really depends on the series. Some series have tons of them, others not a one.

You'd be amazed what you can find with a little patience and a lot of luck...and a very good search engine. It's Rule 34...you can find almost anything thanks to the wonders of the internet, even if you can't always read it *pouts*

I know that...but I like to at least pretend that there's a plot in my hentai sometimes...it's hard to do that when I can't read it...

I would have to disagree with that. Almost all of my favorite ero-anime titles have significant plots . . .

I admit that sometimes I don't like plots, and there are times when the plot is just a way to get two characters together so they can have sex but a plot can make a bunch of sex scenes have some kind of meaning. It loses something when it's a bunch of people screwing as the whole doujin, so the dirty talk plus the fact that a little plot is really helpful to suspend disbelief I'd say that makes my life more annoying when I can't read it...

I generally collect doujins of all kinds. But I don't pay much attention to ones that haven't been translated.
