I'm actually a fan of FPS (first person shooter). Specifically Quake3 online. Other games I just play single (for certain technical reasons :oso:)

Xenosaga? the main character is Fei? Oh, this is a good game, although it's pretty long winded when you're almost at the ending..
Yes, RPG ftw :victory:

Also like RPG's, but they bore me faster than RTS's
I also like match based RPG's where you start from level 1 at the beginning of the match (got into this through DotA). Most are mods for RTS's, but thats all the better seeing as you can make maps easier

I'm addicted to Zelda :fangirl:...and will buy any kind of Nintendo product I have to in order to play a new game.
I am not a good gamer...so games that require skill or fast reflexes I suck at...and don't like as much. T_T
I also liked two Hamtaro games that came out for the GBA.

used to be platform, but I'd call em action/adventure now XD
But really, a exp system in zelda could be cool

oldest zelda was platform like mario ^^
and the 3D mario games (64 and all the stuff after that I didn't play) are also considered platform games ^^ (at least in the circles I hang around in, could be considered a different genre in America)

My genres: adventure, RPG, fighting
ah yea, got the 2 mixed up T_T
I think it's because they released the second one first in the netherlands.
Though the first one didn't really have allot of RPG elements

normal shooters are alright but I really prefer the ones that involve tactical strategy, makes clan warfare all that much more in depth.
Other than that RPGs all the way, but not MMOs...
The Diablo series will always hold a special place in my heart as an action rpg
RTS games are good too but the only ones I really play are the Age of X franchise

have you tried Mechcommander series? its a lil old now but i liked it. its RTS with out teching or resource collection. you get to pick your starting units and thats what you have to finish the mission with (and any enemy mech you happen to capture along the way).

although I like the Mech Warrior universe, I found ground control to be a better RTS with the same mechanic (starting army and do it with that)

I also enjoy RTS (can we say Star/Warcraft?), and FPS games (it started with Doom!). I dont mind the occasional platformer.. but i'm a failure at jumping.
I guess the only games i really dislike are sports and point & click games.
