Sure it can work, but some people get attached easily when you start having alot of sex. As long as you can keep your emotional distance then its ok.
It can also depend on the previously relationship you've had. Sometimes it can hurt a friendship if you take it too far.

Exactly, hence why I gave up on the idea!

well the point of it is to rule out the complications, sex with no strings attached without having to pay for it, it also takes the work out of hunting for 1 night stands if you are into that kinda thing (and lowers chances of getting something).

Not really...My GF and I broke up cos we both couldnt do the long distant thing after graduating from high school and going to different colleges. So in times like (if we are single) the summer break we are there for each other. And its not been complicated at all. She's still cool to hang out with cos she loves to have fun just no commitments!

in a way these work out to be simplier cause there is no pressure or expectation of maintaing it for life alike a real relationship.
@ hathorn and ric
again, its always the women to blame if she has more than 3-4 partners in her life, but the guy sleeps around, oh no, he ain't 'easy' at all, neither could he have caught anything and be passing it around just as much.
not necessarily to assume that women in a casual relationship would sleep with tons of guys, esp alike emekos there, it's with someone she cares about, still does. someone better to ask would be emekos himself i guess about that, but that's a lil to much of a generalisation.

A hunter that catch many preys is strong and to be praised, while a prey that is catched by many hunters is weak and to be dispised.
I'm not saying I agree with this, but I can understand the origin of the idea. I don't see any change of this idea before a long, long time because the "men are hunters women are preys" thing is still very strong in many cultures. It may even be written in our genes.

only bad situation was this one time me and one of them almost got caught (she was stupid and invited me over when her mom was on the way home) and i was caught at her house alone with her, her mom got pissed, and she hasnt talked to me at all since.
we all eventaully separated over the years but it wasnt really bad. the truth behind it, is that these are friends you probably trust alittle more than someof your others. if you trust em enought to open urself up to them, then that says something bout your relationship. its not just about the fun fun sucky sucky dance dance dance.... its about a closeness with certain friend. some ppl just call em up like nothing and just use em for w/e cuz their horny and i guess in a way thats true but who your comfortable enough to open ur body up there says something. just dont be a slut. lol

I understand that some people have no problem with sex without commitments or feelings...but that just seems wrong to me.
I'll never be f-buddy material
I have to totally love someone to even consider having sex with them....and I can't imagine how sad sex with no love would be.

I would have to agree to that myself, I really don't think that you can have a physical relationship without the emotional one . . . .

and emotional one doesn't necessarilly mean you have to be fully in love with a person, but u can love a person as a dear friend or someone u repsect and care enough that you're willing to share ur bodies with be it for comfort or even loliness or just for that moment.
in that case feelings wise, i beleive its emekos current situation i guess...

gained a new level due to common sense
is now level 59!
as for loplop's comment, for a majority of centuries, yeah guys have been getting away with it, in the western world feminism is a new new thing and all men in the last 30 years or so are born into it, so your ideas aren't as one track minded as those before u. You now have the choice (due to awareness) this time to show a lil respect and act decently in relationships and towards women depsite society giving you an easy ride.
