well, i know its kinda weird to suddenly bring a thread back from cryostasis. But i just finished reading the manga for this series and i'm quite surprised at how it turned out considering the reviews and synopsis' that i read for the anime.
It is indeed a far greater romantic/drama series as opposed to romantic/comedy series that its turned out to be. Quite a huge difference from what i'm expecting. But this is one series that i certainly would like to see animated once again, and hopefully they would keep faith to what it actually is.

Spoiler: about story and outcomes
TBH, i'm absolutely gutted that Toujou wasn't the one who was chosen in the end. Not that i have anything against Tsukasa but to me, Toujou just had more appeal (no... i'm not thinking ecchi here juz for the record... ok maybe a little...

)... But mainly its because of her personality and how she broke out of her shell. I know it would have been cliche for Junpei to have gone with her in the end but i just felt it would have been appropriate. In the end their story was in a way rather sad since it was a situation of possibilities and "what if" or "what could have been". Though at the end of it they did allow her and Junpei to come to terms with what they would feel and to move on, its like she will still forever have that heart for Junpei.
with that, i am seriously considering collecting this manga now. But its just rather heartwrenching to know that

Spoiler: ...
no matter how much i could wish for it, Toujou won't be the one in the end
Still, this was (to me anyway) a brilliant romance/drama series.
