Who is a good artist here? not necessary crazy good but good (at least enough to copy this)

i would if i could, but i cant lol can someone make an outline of this tattoo http://www.tattoosby...enixbird949.jpg but make the tail a bit longer and cut the neck off a bit to leave room for a chinese character that i would like to write in myself

of course since i can't find an outline of it, i'll pay for it but.. i can afford about $5 lol =\

if u want it done really good you should go to a good tattoo parlor and ask them for what you want , they wont deny it it's your tattoo
