High School of the Dead is about typical high school student Rei who one moment was involved in a love triangle and the next is trying to escape her high school, which has now become zombie central. In fact, pretty much all of the city is in chaos over zombie attacks. According the Zombie Survival Guide, this would probably be the start of a class four outbreak. Basic tenets of zombie survival are touched upon in HSotD: Focus on defense or offense? Finding help or weapons? How long can the current defenses hold? What is the cause of this outbreak, how do we not turn into zombies ourselves? Where do I go to the bathroom?

just remember - in case of a zombie attack, head for your nearest walmart!!!!

thats why i keep a roadmap on the fastests way to get to walmart!!! XD

Btw, this manga is published in a magazine that is released monthly. That's why scanlation is slow >_>

The mag goes out the 9th, so add a few days to a raw to appear, plus the time for them to translate/edit.

Looking at their previous release dates (totally irregular), I'm guessing 15th as the closest release date (as they have released around the 10th and 20th >_>).

i was thinking the same thing, however it is only initially that you would want to have less ppl, .. i would think that as time goe sby you would want to increase the number of people in your group ...
